With the comment I had from last week I tried to make more variation to a rain.
First instead of using 'vdb from particles node' and 'smooth node', I changed some of them in to 'particle fluid surface node'.

This allowed me to manipulate the streak much easier.
Also I made a group of some streaks to manipulate streaks more detailed.



Some of the streaks had animation, so some of part in the window have a black spot in the window.

I added a pop solver in the back of the window. I added velocity for the motion blur, but it was too strong in the render.


Having attribute randomize and point wrangle helped me lowering the velocity as much as I needed too.


MODELING
For the telephone pole I have used this image as a reference.

I made a telephone pole from a curve I drawn over the ground geometry .



I also made parameter in the pole 'geo node' so I can manipulate anytime.

For next week I am going to make the wire loose just like the reference shown below.
